If you can't do it in BIAB but could in RB then staying in BIAB isn't simple! BIAB has so many bolt-ons to give it DAW like properties that it's not always easy to spot the right way to do things. That's why I always move to RB as soon as possible. As far as I know I don't lose any of the functionality of BIAB but RB is so much more 'tranparent'. Having an issue with settings doesn't complicate audio recording in BIAB and is no different than adjusting latency or setting up an audio interface in a DAW. Everyone that moves to RB, the DAW Plug-in or any DAW loses a lot of functionality of BIAB.
