Jademan, just so you know you are not alone, this has happened to me very rarely over a few decades. It's always a few bars of drums. I do not know the cause or the remedy.

Usually however, regenerating the song again fixes it. In other words, it is not likely to be anything you did wrong, but you can follow AudioTrack's advice and post the song so we can test it.

The next step would be to shut down then reload BIAB.

And if that does not fix it, perform the normal troubleshooting step whenever BIAB is not doing something correctly that you know it should be doing: go to Options, Preferences, Return to Factory Settings, Most. If you have made many customized settings, you are first given an opportunity to save them.
