Not sure what genre this falls into, but like floyd said, who cares! Damn good music.
Love the groove, and man, Brent can play! Love that melodic approach, I'll take melody over fast licks always.

There's another guy, who's not nearly as famous outside of Nashville,, who's about as good as him - Fred Newell. But Fred has been playing pedal steel (and playing it quite nicely) for the past 10 years or so - not much on the guitar. But he's a really good guitarist. I appreciate your very nice comment!
