David,
First let me say that I normally don't listen to evangelical songs posted here simply because often I can't tell if they are praising Jesus or the "man who would be King again". We left our church because the assistant pastor preached the dangerous lie that hydroxychloroquine is a safe and effective treatment for covid, despite the volume of science to the contrary. Of course, it's no mystery where this guy got his "gospel" from. It's one thing to hi-jack a political party, quite another to hi-jack an entire American faith. I also notice that for $59.99 we can all buy a Bible, proceeds of which go towards paying legal bills associated with sleeping with a p*** star. Is there no limit to how far this guy will sink? I wonder if in his "Bible" he claims to be born of a virgin?

Have you read The Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory: American Evangelicals in an Age of Extremism by Tim Albert? I understand Tim is a pastor's son.
Thankfully, I see no evidence that Christianity has been hi-jacked in other countries.

Second, your song title caught my attention and you have been known to be authentic and self-reflective, so I said, "Let's give this one a shot". And I wasn't dissappointed. Vocally, I really like your syllabalization (is that a word?) and lyrically this is strong and honest.

Third, I see no evidence that you are worshipping or singing about "the man who would be King again", otherwise I'd never say "good job".

Good job.

For me there’s no better place in the band than to have one leg in the harmony world and the other in the percussive. Thank you Paul Tutmarc and Leo Fender.
