Actually, the wma files you listed are not duplicates. They do have the same filename, size and timestamp, but they have different data. If your utility was binary comparing the files, it would see that they are different. The Direct Input files are the clean version of the same recording. On the other hand, some of the dll files are likely the same file, but they are dependencies that are expected to be in a certain location, and they are very small, so you should just leave them there.
