BIAB should be able to do what you want. There are two kinds of transposition in BIAB. One changes the key and the pitch of what you hear, both together. The other changes the key that is displayed, but the pitch remains the same.

Look at the little box that displays the key signature and notice that there is a small space to the right of the displayed key. Click there and you can specify the visual transposition, for example for a saxophone (a transposing instrument) to read the music but have it still sound in the original key as played on the computer.

In the case of the guitar with a capo, you will have to know how many half-steps the difference is.
