In general terms, you should be able to install your 2018 version, and then the latest 'update', however, some of those updates might be various Xtra Styles, limited edition RealTracks etc.

Your need to install incremental patches etc might be determined by what you have purchased since 'as updates'.

My advise is to select "Help > What add-ons do I have?" and make a list of your current status (screen capture will be OK).

On the new system, work towards making the same list identical.
