Matt, MIDI drums are not a separate identity thus they will not show up in the Multipicker or in the Drum picker. You will have to choose MIDI drums from either a MIDI style or a RT style that has the MIDI option. Note that you should have a good MIDI drum sound source as the GM MIDI drums are not very good IMHO. Most of the good MIDI drum sound sources also come with MIDI drum loops and/or complete tracks. Also a number of companies have MIDI drum loops. I have a bunch from GrooveMonkee that fit perfectly with BiaB:

As far as the drums only on the third track I don't know. I just take them into my DAW where I can move and modify them. I have never tried to move any tracks around in BiaB.

Update - I just quickly tried to move tracks around in BiaB but I couldn't do it.

I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination , it tells me why I wanted to go there.
