Very pretty song Mario. I thought the flute was kind of cool. Bassoon was very nice as well. Lovely delicate melody. Well done.

Mario,

Calm and soothing, just drifting away in the wind listening to this. A tune made of daydreams and cotton candy. Very sweet. Excellent instrumental that captures the mood perfectly. Well done!

As Bob said, "To me it has that quintesential "summer sound" that is so familiar and brings back memories."

Yes ... love lost during a high school summer break.

And man, great performance with the flute. Melodically cool indeed.

You via the keyboard and controller invariably nail a great vibe.
Must be fun to sit down and do that!

We enjoyed it,

J&B

This is a gorgeous instrumental, Mario. This is the 3rd post I've listened to on this sign-in and all of them have been exceptional. I love everything about this one.

Some favourite Waoist Adages:
#1: Play on the Way.
#13: Ask not for whom the flower blooms, it blooms for you.
#58: Bring consciousness to it.
#63: On the road to effortlessness, effort must be made.
#92: Be Love Now, the rest will come on its own.

Thanx Janice and Bud. I liked that flute lead also, i.e. sometimes I just luck out. Having the breath keyboard MIDI controllers opened up a whole new world to me, much more than just my wind controller.. And yes it is fun to do...........most of the time!

Thanx so much. Virtually all of the songs on this forum are top shelf, rarely is there a clunker. The musicianship in the forum is amazing!

I've been out of the loop for a while but I logged in today and saw you and jumped on this one. I loved it, so much so that I went too find that style and use it in something. One of the benefits of this forum is exactly that...exposure to stuff in BIB that we never would have found on our own. Thanks for posting this and I remain...a fan! LOL

Yep, mission accomplished.
She is in her Summer dress with flowers in a basket and his shoes are spit shined with his hair brylcreemed.
Plus a bluebird darting back and forth smile
Nicely done.

For me there’s no better place in the band than to have one leg in the harmony world and the other in the percussive. Thank you Paul Tutmarc and Leo Fender.

Thanx Rick, I'm glad you enjoyed it. I will be watching for your song using that style. Yes BiaB is great for exposing us to various genres we normally wouldn't hear or jam/play.

Thanx Steve. That Brylcreem remark too me back to my greaser days. I had the whole thing, leather jacket, cigs rolled up in my t-shirt sleeve, and enough Brylcreem in my hair that even if I stood up in my convertable not a hair would move! True story!

Looking back, that's quite hilarious.
It was all about looking good for the young ladies.
