Ray, thanks for listening! I'm with you on bass and kick in general, but thought the whole note bass lines served the song in this case. Good call on the "Free..." line. Happy you found it cool just the same. smile (Weird thing about this post: I typed in "held bass lines" but it got changed to "hero bass lines". When I went back into the editor, the text still read "held bass lines" but got changed to "hero bass lines" when I saved it. Huh. So changed it to "whole note bass lines". That worked.)
