YES. This is available directly in Synth V. Simply grab the latest BETA version. Not only does it grab the notes rather accurately, it grabs the words as well. You might have to tweek the words a bit but yep.... it's all there and works fairly well.

Edit: It works best on a solo vocal track. You should have the vocal on it's own track for the best results. Regarding the harmony... after you have SV do it's thing to give you the track.... simply drop it into BB and use the harmony function to generate the harmony tracks. Understand that you can also duplicate the SV track and then move it to a harmony and edit the outlier notes manually as well. I have used both methods depending on what I wanted to accomplish. You can also then take the BB created tracks and run them back through SV to get the midi and use a different voice to add more realism rather than having the same voice on the harmony. Lots of different options.
