Yep Music Tech Guy knows his stuff and is a very good teacher. I mostly use Studio One Pro but I do Logic Pro as well. They are both fine DAWS. I have always liked the Drummer in Logic and now it's even better. I have not got to play too much with the new piano and bass but I am sure I will like it as well. I also use EZ Bass and EZDrummer3 and EZKeys2.
However what is really good with the Logic stuff is you don't have to buy a bunch of midi packs. They have put a lot of thought into the design of these new instrument and they sound great.
