Believe it or not, when I first started tampering with home recording I used fx. Someone once told me after listening to one of my songs that I "really threw the paint on the barn." I guess I had overkilled the fx. Since then, I began to pull back from the effects and I found it more intimate to the listener.

I just finished the second part of this track called, Somethin' Good. It gives the sense of the band after the set still jamming outside the club under light of a street lamp on the corner. It's sort of a tribute to the nights I would listen to the players outside of the clubs playing along the streets of Manhattan.
