The BB standalone version (bbw64.exe) offers almost everything I need, but whenever using the VST3 plugin, the pain starts. Functionality is limited and the audio tracks generated for the same .sgu are different to the standalone. Either the plugin should provide the same functionality as the standalone or there should be a possibility to sync the standalone with the transport, positioning and the tempo of the DAW. Either way would be fine for me, but I couldn't figure out yet, how to achieve that. At the end I have to bring the generated BB tracks and my own recordings together in one song in my DAW.

I would not mind having some small limitations, like a constant tempo and time measure for a song, but I need room for permanent monitoring of the results and repeated refinement of the tracks and the arrangement as a whole.

Something like the tracks window of bbw.exe for the plugin could also be a step in the right direction. Definitely better than moving the rendered tracks to the DAW and cutting and replacing them from there.

Some kind of ARA integration might also be a solution.
