That's correct - all RealDrums now have MIDI charts that can be exported, either by saving a MIDI file, by using the drag/drop station, or by using the DAW plugin.

Stems are different than MIDI charts - stems are separate audio tracks for each drum, not MIDI. You're correct that drum stems were introduced recently (with the 2022 version), however some of the RealDrums that now have stems were originally released in 2008 (albeit without stems until 2022).
