You can turn off the auto-ending and use a tag instead (Edit->Song Form->Settings (for this song), but possibly only if the song has more than one chorus. I can't remember exactly and I'm presently, as usual, in a different OS. Yes, I watched a video on this. But as near as I can tell, it won't allow customization at the note level; only the chord level.
