This is a song I wrote for my daughter 22 years ago when she was 10 years old. They say she looks a lot like me, I know this is how god meant it to be, I praise him for, a daddy's girl. When I see her on her knees in prayer, praying to the Lord up in the air, I'm proud to say, she's daddy's girl, she writes with her left, and her eyes are blue, but you know what, mine are too, I praise my God, for a daddy's girl. Chorus: I remember she'd say, daddy pray, I could always kiss the hurt away, I've found her love for God is true. And I know that every time she sings, her voice up in heaven rings, I thank my God for a daddy's girl. Pure sweetness and divine gratitude radiates from this song, lyrically, and musically, too. And it's always nice to watch a User's Forum member performing on their BIAB productions, as I am not a instrumentalist and I appreciate the years of practice and study that goes into learning how to play. I can imagine the loving smile that must break out on your daughter's face when she listens to/watches this video!
