Was a little tired, the other day, from the usual caprices life holds for us all ... so I sat down with BIAB and rummaged through its RealStyles. Found this one ... and wrote the chords down. Then, too lazy to write a solo myself, I let the solo guitar have its "improvisation" over my chords ... and here we are. So this is very much a collaboration, at best, between BIAB and me ... I wrote the chords, BIAB did the RealStyle arrangement and melody. Still - I hope the end result is pleasant enough? James this sounds great. Great use of RTs. To nitpick I think the lead guitar could be a tad louder. That is just my opinion and others may not agree. Note a guitar can never be to loud   Nice grove and chord progression.
I think my wife has started to show the first signs of dementia.
She said she can't remember what she ever saw in me!

James,
Nice instrumental groove on this. What strikes me most is the percussion section, which sits wonderfully in the mix and really supports the song. The jazz lead solo is also right where it should be, intriguing but also just taunting the ear (I get Mario's comment, but for me I think it's where it needs to be--a subjective thing for sure). Might be the best instrumental I've heard from you. You are more reserved in your chord changes which allow that guitar to do its thing. Like the harmonic touches on the piano. Really a terrific mix!

Hi James. I loved listening to this. It's exactly the style of music that appeals most to me. It's really nice work What a great 'collaboration' with BIAB. Honestly, all my songs are collaborations with BIAB too. I would be hard pressed to create anything without BIAB's help! All the best, --Noel

Hehe. That's one of the amazing things about this software. Just pick a Style, create some chords, sit back and listen. Also make it a great learning and jamming tool. With your ability to come up with always interesting changes, James, it's cool to listen how these guys interpret them. Really well done.
