Jim, Do you know if it's possible to use the option for copywriting a group registration for music on an album before you publish the album? It's using the word registration for a published album but I want to copyright a bunch of songs on an album that has not been published yet, that's my whole point. https://www.copyright.gov/about/fees.htmlI have heard that there is an option where you can just take a bunch of songs and say that they are in a collection of say 10 or 12 songs that you haven't copyrighted and give a name to the collection whether it's published as an album or not and you can cover all of the songs for the $65 fee. Is that correct? Is that a legit way to do it? 😃
