Alan, wow, LOVE your playing on this, and what a nice tune, too! I like that you let the guitar tone stand on its own, it sounds right up front and GREAT. It's been said in entertainment to always leave the audience wanting more...and you have! Great save, looking forward to more blasts from you past. Hi Ron, Many thanks for all the nice words! Other than some reverb, tone control, mild compression, and occasional echo/delay, I don't often use other effects on my guitar. i tend to keep the track pretty "naked" unless there is a specific need for something additional. For better or for worse, doing sdo gives a better representation of how good (or bad) my legit skills are. Sometime late next month, I'll be looking for a few more older songs to "polish" and repost.
