I ordered the 2024 plusPak upgrade for the ultraPak and jazz only xtra styles 14, 15, 16, and 17 yesterday and installed with no problem. Everything works fine, but when I click on "What add-ons do I have?" on the help menu, the new styles do not show up. It appears to recognize only full xtra styles paks, and since I only ordered the jazz styles, it does not show them, even though when I search for them individually, they have been installed. This will make it harder to keep track in the future. Just passing this on as perhaps I'm missing something or you guys can fix this. Thanks. Richard (been using the program almost daily since DOS 3!)

Firstly, presumably you have performed a Style Rebuild?
After that, and with no further success, if you contacted them, what have PGM Support suggested you need to do?

The styles are all there in the StylePicker, so no great problem and I can find them all by sorting by Set # (just figured that out). They are only missing from the "What Add-ons Do I Have?" dialog, which may be confusing when I look to add any styles in the future.

The styles are all there in the StylePicker, so no great problem and I can find them all by sorting by Set # (just figured that out). They are only missing from the "What Add-ons Do I Have?" dialog, which may be confusing when I look to add any styles in the future. Interesting. No, in fact the PAKS 14 -17 are listed in the NOT found box, despite the fact that I have the jazz files from those PAKs. I figure this is likely because I did not buy the whole PAK, just the jazz files, which are available separately, so yes, I am missing those PAKs. The jazz files don't appear anywhere else, though, in that dialog, though they are in the StylePicker. I wrote myself a text file so that I'll remember what sets I have, so that I don't duplicate in a future purchase. PG needs to update the "What add-ons do I have?" to include partial PAK purchases.

I think this is a good question to go to PG Music Support. Perhaps that hasn't been updated on the Mac version yet? Ask if they can confirm. Do keep us in the loop.

Got the answer: "The What add-ons dialogue is currently designed to show the Xtra Styles found if it is the "All Xtra Styles PAK" and not just the Jazz Xtra Styles or other specific genre. So what you are describing is correct."

Thanks for the update and forwarding their explanation. Presumably this will be resolved in a forthcoming patch.
