Noticed this a few times recently.
While scrolling down styles to choose one for an arrangement the scroll wheel on the mouse seems to lock up.
I can semi-reset it by scrolling left or right but its an odd behaviour. Shifts the screen to somewhere else in the style selection.
Once or twice i'd let it go. Seems more common than that.
I've seen this behavior nowhere else on other Mac programs with this machine (e.g. browsers - i scroll quite a bit).
I've used this mouse for a couple of years and the keyboard is probably 10 years old. Lots of patina

Cannot duplicate. Do you mean that scrolling stops working and other things still work, or does the window lock up, or something else?

Scrolling stops working
Suppose I’ve got a song openand I wish to change a style.
I pop the style selection and apply te jazz filter. I have 853 styles now. I sort by bpm to work in the relevant tempo.
When I scroll down to the bottom of the current 50 or so styles displayed ,, the cursor freezes. Can the mouse cursor be used for any other action after that 'cursor freezes' point? How do you resolve? Reboot? Click on something else? Power off the computer?

I played around with it a bit more. It seems like a combination of actions. Here’s my current observation.
Suppose I am scrolling down a styles list of a few hundred. More than one screen so that I need the ability to scroll. All works fine. Then I double click on a style to hear it. Give biab time to build the parts. I can double click any other style on the ones on the visible “page” but cannot scroll at all. Maybe that’s the desired behavior?
If I hit the ok button after a delay I can set focus on another style and can again scroll.
When “frozen” I can also try to drag the up down scroll bar in the list box (or whatever it’s called) of styles. That shifts the entire list horizontal position a bit but frees up the scrolling
As i mentioned, the hardware (mouse keyboard) are fine everywhere else.
It’s not the end of the world, it’s just not the behaviour I’m expecting. It seems a non-desired thing.

I was able to duplicate this. It happens in the Stylepicker or Multipicker when auditioning content, but only when "Double click plays chordsheet" is enabled. I've filed a bug report with id# 4752.
