Rockbandguy, try this:
1-open special - open MIDI file
2-play a section of the song
3-go to Audio and uncheck unrender song from audio track
4-click regenerate and you should have both the original MIDI file playing as well as the BiaB backing track.
5- you can change the BiaB style to fit your needs.
This worked here. Note that I have the latest version of BiaB.
{edit} - you can even change the tempo with no problem.
