Your charm as a vocalist really shines through.
You play the piano yourself in this tune.
So, It really fits the song.
It's true that sometimes it's hard to find the perfect piano RealTracks for the song.

Production, vocals, structure, lyrics, etc. are all there. I liked your use of the on and off harmonies in the chorus - something I think I'll 'borrow' for some of my future tunes where applicable.
