Hi folks,
Recently on doing a song and using the very handy Multiriff feature that I love, I wanted to change the volume in the mixer, but unless I am missing something (and I often do) I found I had to close the Multiriff dialog first, same with the Style picker.
It would be great if it was possible to work in different dialogs going from one to the other without having to close the current opened dialog.

It would be great if it was possible to work in different dialogs going from one to the other without having to close the current opened dialog. This has been described as 'synergy' by other experts here, and we hope that PGM keep adopting this approach. As one feature is adjusted, other related features update in unison. A great suggestion, BTW.

This was vociferously requested by the, currently quiet, "Musocity".
PGM have changed a number of the old dialog boxes to "non-modal", which don't lock you in, but there are still a few "modal" dialogs that do. I think PGM are aware of the benefits are are working on the trickier-to-do dialogs.
I'm not sure if they still do, but in the past Microsoft's GUI tools used to default to modal dialogs, which are easier to handle, and I think many programmers just went with the flow. That was a shame as it's so much easier to design non-modal in the first place than to change in retrospect.
Jazz relative beginner, starting at a much older age than was helpful.

Yes, Musocity was one of the proponents, and there are a few others who have provided some amazing suggestions and input into improvements in the User Interface and Workflow.
