Yes, there is plenty of books on the internet, with thousands of standards and other tunes in Biab format, such as .mgu .mgx .mg1 etc.
Just type "biab real book" on google as a starting point, or check among the yahoo groups.
Usually the files contain chords and melody or chords only, so all you have to do is to select a style with real tracks for the tunes you want to practice along.
Midi files are something different, although they can be opened with Biab.
