Notes:
(2) MIDI THRU ignores this setting when you use an ASIO driver because use of an ASIO driver implies you are using an external keyboard or sound module. I am a bit lost here. When the OP says keyboard does he mean his computer keyboard??  Cause if it is a Piano Keyboard (which I assume) then I use my ASIO driver in BIAB with an external midi piano keyboard, not problem, no adjustments, no latency and no external sound source. The XPro & Xtra Styles PAKs are not included in any Band-in-a-Box® package.

They will not work with the Pro or MegaPAK version as they require the RealTracks included in the UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition.
