Mike, I believe what you are saying. More and more of the scores on the paid MuseScore One are now 'Official Scores' that you have to pay extra to buy if you want to download them in Music XML or other formats.

I'm not upset by that; I've had a great run finding free music for my chamber orchestra. The new Official Score emphasis means I may start publishing more of my own scores again, since they can be monetized. There may be hope for composers and arrangers in the music business after all.
