hi, I noticed upon loading the jazsalsa style the use of "red" notation for chord entry. See here:

what this apparently does is it allows one to specify the parts one should get playback for i.e. Em7.d means play the drums in the selected style and Em7.bd means to play bass and drums in selected style and of course the bass reflects the chord in question. All is cool.

but then

when I try it for my tune in the same style I don't get the same results namely if i specify Am7.d , I get the both a root bass note playing the style's bass rhythmic pattern as well as the percussion. I'm apparently supposed to only get the percussion. When I subsequently use Am7.bd I get a 1 5 bass pattern i.e. the full blown pattern as well as the percussion See here:
