Hi. Tech support fixed it this morning. You were soooooo close. The text file needed to say NoSplashScreen. They sent me a text file with that in it, I put it in the folder and now it runs flawlessly.
Thanks again for your help! Ahhhh, OK. Your computer is probably set to not show file extensions. So therefore the file might have been named 'NoSplashScreen.txt.txt' with the last '.txt' hidden. Check your folder setup to see if this item is checked.
