It started as a simple 4 chord acoustic guitar piece. I then brought it into BIAB to flesh out the arrangement. But I just couldn't find a good style for the groove. Which is sort of a hip hop bounce. So I brought it into my DAW Cubase and finally found a drum pattern in Groove Agent that worked. From there I added and subtracted, doubled, and overwrote various parts until I got it. For example, the bass is some BIAB and I played parts and cut them together. So are the heavy guitar power chords, and the pianos. Got it, thanks! Every time I try that I can hear the transition, you did a great job splicing the pieces together seamlessly.
