What a cool track. Solaria vocal is perfect for this style. Marvelous Melody, jazzy, cool, Stevie Wonder. Your guitar sounds great, and that Synth Lead works great. Nice mix, with the strings, and full tone. Excellent Job!!

Exactly what Elliott wrote. This track sounds familiar yet it's obviously different. It has a great flow to it. No jerky rhythm changes or awkward chord progressions. Neat, well-mixed and nicely arranged. Great lyric too.

Really like the production of this song.

Some favourite Waoist Adages:
#1: Play on the Way.
#13: Ask not for whom the flower blooms, it blooms for you.
#58: Bring consciousness to it.
#63: On the road to effortlessness, effort must be made.
#92: Be Love Now, the rest will come on its own.

Laurent, coolly styled mash up tribute. Really like the EP foundation and all the sounds you layered and evolved over it. The lyrics are maybe a bit TOO much like specific phrases of SW tunes, but that's ok with me. What is that final lyric? I keep hearing "I love you more, Steven" but that doesn't sound right. Enjoyed your tune!

Laurent,

I love this style/genre of music - and I'm a huge Stevie Wonder fan.

I enjoyed this more than I can express in words. I always look forward to your music.

Many years ago, I had a friend from Libourne, France (near Bordeaux). I haven't heard from her since the 1980s.

Cool stuff. I was thinking Nicks but ..... I reckon not. You smoothly incorporated the feeling of several of his songs in the melody and, the lyrics, without being to obvious.

I'll take Stevie Wonder. He knocked us all out way back with Fingertips, and kept us on the mat everafter with so many outstanding creations. An extraordinary talent. Man, this is a great tribute, Laurent. You've created the perfect feel and added in the best kyrics to convey these feelings. Great!

Enjoy whatever happens!

Thanks DC Ron, it's true that superimposing song titles can quickly seem artificial. The end lyrics are: I love you so much.

Thank you very much for these words that touch me.
What have become of friends? Maybe you can write us a song about it.

Thanks for the comments. When I started working on this style, a mix of Pop and Samba, I thought, this looks like Stevie Wonder and then I went with it.
