I guess it won't be the last time you two work together.

Thanks B.D. I'll definitely be using both Lucy and Denisse (from the 'rock' version) again, but probably predominantly for backing and harmony vocals due to the pronunciation issue. The problem is that with Fiverr one only gets 2 revisions - though that depends on what the artist is offering, some only offer 1 - so after a 2nd revision if there are still flaws you'd have to do a reorder. Latins tend to pronounce words beginning in y as j - I'm sure ju know what I mean - so even though I asked Lucy to pronounce 'Quan Yin' with a y I still got one 'Quan Jin'. There are a couple of other errors like that in both versions. If I was a professional I'd be advertising for a vocalist and then audition applicants, but Fiverr works the other way around as one has to commit dosh before getting any results. A 3rd vocalist I tried cost more than both L & D put together, but the results were so poor I couldn't use them, so it's always a gamble. Just because a vocalist on Fiver charges high or very high starting fees doesn't mean they're any better than the cheapest.
