I mostly use Juke box play and some songs have a popping sound at the end before loading next song. I am using a Scarlett interface connected to a Yamaha 400 Pa, also have a Yorkville powered floor monitor. Have played with different volume combinations :lower on laptop higher/ Lower on mixer and lower/higher on Scarlett.

I assume you are using the BIAB feature, the Juke icon. I haven't used this in a long while, since testing. Let's do a few questions to narrow this down, please.
When you look in the Jukebox settings, is Random Order checked? Is Audible Count-in checked? How many seconds is the Delay between songs?
Does this happen on all songs, or only specific ones? If specific ones, when you load the song normally (not in the Jukebox), do you hear the noise?
It would help to tell us if this is Windows or Mac, and what version of BIAB and what Build# you have. I do recall a noise problem in the past involving the Loop setting. __________________________
About your other comments and equipment, the general principle for Gain is to keep the level reasonably as high as you can without any distortion, on each step progressing from the source to the end of the chain. Then you turn things up or down on that last device with a volume knob. It's called gain staging if you would like to read more.

Help, About
I recall some noise problem after songs ended being fixed, and this was within the last few years, definitely after 2018.

Some adjustments to endings as well as fading last 2 bars, muting last or removing ending 2 bars early and I got the pop gone. Most were the same but some took a little experimenting.

Good. If you consider this solved, you can go back to your first post and Mark as Resolved.

One other thing I thought of - if you're using any instrument or audio plugins, those could theoretically cause a pop while loading/unloading. If it's only specific songs that cause the pop, perhaps check if you have some plugins in use on those songs?
