I spent a minute or two watching but when the contents did match the label I quit. I decided I was unfair so came back and watched further.
You started entering a song you'd already written into BIAB. That has merit and can supply information and interest for others BUT it's not as described nor is it really about your work flow if you've already written the song.
There are some good aspects in this vid where you worked around the quite guitar, choosing outside of recommendations etc.and tweaking in multiriff...though the problems with that track being "frozen" are disincentives in use so early in the entry of the song.
In summary I think this is a good vid but needs to be retitled.
