It's Gonna Fall on YouTube A song suggesting nothing lasts forever, especially without care. 2 songs ago it was about lies, the last one was about truth, this one I suppose is about consequences. Dave Bell (Blue Attitude) played guitar. I played bass and sang. You gotta love AI. Check out the images in the solo. Every image except the last has an impossible pose for the human guitarist. It's Gonna FallA structure built on sand cannot withstand the tests of time. It needs a solid base of strong support. Truth in what we say is the way to bolster growth so the world we build will not fall short. (Or... Then) this house of cards is gonna fall. History says it's true. The daunting task to rebuild it all falls to me & you. They broadcast breaking news. But by the time it reaches me there is so much added on and taken out. There may be grains of truth mixed within agendas' plans, but the slant we hear can only breed doubt. If we want to make our stay on Earth, falsehoods must be shamed. Hi Marty,
Your music always has a great foundation, both musically lyrically. Your lyrics always cause me to pause sand think a little more closely.
I listened on SC and then watched the video. What a great video!!! And your lyric rings true.
Your vocal is clear and spot on. Dave may need to purchase some ointment to soothe the blisters on his fingers after that great solo.
This is some really terrific music!

Thanks for noticing the last line. It's a parphrase from what I often say (Well, when I give my two cents, I expect some change), and this new way fits this song better. Great lyrics, simple but with a solid foundation in truth. A message straight from the legendary Marty the Old Master's guide book to better world Great band, that baritone guitar supports your great bass playing, Dave isn't gonna fall from those heights, pleasant vocals. Great video that supports the story excellently, I really enjoyed those massive buildings and the flying guitarist! Janne

I avoided this for a few days because the title filled me with awe...the fear sort.
The lyrics aren't as bleak as my fever dream suggested..ominous but not despairing.
Great band built on the rock of your bass and with architectural essentials by Dave.
Cautionary tale, so long as the dogs does the wagging.
Excellent.
