Here was the state of the song to start:
So, I wanted to change where the repeat was, checked "Generate (insert) new bars" and got this:
The bars jumps from 32 to 153! 
As an experiment, I unchecked the box and got this:
Neither is correct.
Plus, how do I get rid of the original 4x Repeat which is not included in the last screen shot but it's there.
