My comments would be that, and this is in no way a criticism (it's your song), is that I would slow it down a little. Also, your first vocal sounds great, but I would bring it down a little in the mix. Loved the harmonies between the two voices. I mention the slowing down, and understand, I'm a guy that likes things up-tempo usually, but as a lullaby, a little slower would really go a long way to making this version awesome. I think, too, I'm influenced by the recent YouTube video I saw regarding Glen Campbell (along with Jimmy Webb) talking about the tempo of the song Galveston; this version puts it in a whole new light.
