It sounds like the styles database was not updated for some reason.
In your bb\data folder, what is the date modified of the file factory_stylz1.bin ? Is it August 28 2024, or an earlier date?
Please send the log file. To do this:
1 - Press windows key + R, type "%temp%" (no quotes) and <enter>. This takes you to the user temp directory. It's in a hidden directory so it can be hard to find otherwise.
2 - Sort files by date modified or otherwise find a recent text file that starts with "Setup Log...". Email this file to support and include a link to this forum thread.
In the mean-time, you could rename or delete the factory_stylz1.bin file, and run the Xtra Styles PAK installer again, followed by a rebuild in Band-in-a-Box.
