I've tested both the 2022 and 2024 plugins in Reaper, and ReaControlMIDI showed various CC's sending to different channels - everything seemed to be working fine. Can you check that? Also, what version of BIAB and the plugin are you using? You can find that in BIAB by going to Help > About (build number is next to "Version 2022)" and in the plugin by going to File > About. I also downloaded TX16Wx and it seemed to be working properly, though I'm not at all familiar with it. I work here
