This is one that I co-wrote a few years back, and the PC that I created the track on crashed, so I have no idea what backing track I used. The first verse and bridge are supposed to be four parts singing in unison. Ronnie, welcome back! Lovely song, and your unison parts sound great, as do all of your parts. I especially like that rumbling bass. Super arrangement and your BiaB backing sounds exactly right. Nice one!

Man Ronnie, I really, really like this one. Good write and sung with such feeling! I thought your vocals were especially good on this one, good ideas. From a mixing standpoint I really like your bass vocal, but thought it was just a bit loud or up front in the mix. I thought the steel intro was good, you always choose such good steel parts. After the intro it seemed to my ears as though the steel could be up a little more in the mix. It was also a nice lead guitar sound near the end, but the volume was so low it was very difficult to hear. Since your system crashed and you've lost your original recordings, it's probably impossible to change anything (that sucks man, I've been there). But this is a very strong song IMO, so I included my thoughts in case you give it another try.

Ronnie...great track...great message...great song! this is one we all need to hear from time to time...I'm like you in that I have recordings I kinda liked that were recorded on since then crashed computers...the mix could use a tweak or two but the song is strong...though I think your "four part unison" is actually "four part harmony"...it's a really well done quartet song and sounds like something "the Oaks" would sing!
