I can't think of an instance in Band-in-a-Box where it would be practical. I love drums, use to play a drum kit professionally and played drums in a high school marching band for fun so I'd like to say +1 but I just can't do it. Fleetwood Mac did use a full college marching band for the song "Tusk" but that's different than a Drumline.

By the way, while not exactly the same thing as a Drumline Band-in-a-Box does include some really nifty Drum and Bass, or DnB, audio loops.
I'd love to hear an audio example of a song where Drumline is part of the song. Prove me wrong and play me a song with Drumline in it and I'll gladly support the wishlist request.

Drumline rhythms feature a lot more than some might expect in many modern rock and pop songs, albeit often with some of the frequencies carved out, augmented with effects, and/or layered with other rhythmic elements.
