It depends on what kind of upgrade you purchase. If you purchase a complete UltraPak or UltraPak+, the styles that you presently have will be included in the purchase.

Like Audiotrck (above), I always install my updates directly over my existing version of BIAB. This guarantees keeping everything I have intact.
