Really? RB has for a while now, seems like BiaB would also by now.
It is a distinct process, you have to line up bars (due to fluctuation in tempo sometimes) but I've done it in RB many times.
Just tap F8 on the one of each measure you hear in ACW. Tempo map adjusts.
Best to do this before chords, 'though, to save time. RB handles that behind the scenes also (re-interprets the chords to the new time line as you go).
After a few measures RB even looks ahead and adjusts future measures as you go.
