Just change the key to the right key signature in the main BB keysig dropdown window but answer "No" when it prompts you as to whether or not to change the notes.

Hint: Don't do a "Save" unless you have already examined the notation and have what you want. If things get out of hand, do not save, just close the file and re-open it to start over again. Always a good idea to make a backup file first, just add one character to the original filename when doing a SaveAs to create two identical copies of the song. ( mysong.mgu plus mysong1.mgu )
