Thanks! I like those drums, too. They're mostly subtle but serve the tune quite well.

I can easily see that there have been lots of work to polish the lyrics, just so many lines that express the feelings about the relationship crystal clear. My favorite is "I just try to close the book/Forget what I had read/Then I take another look/To see what else you said".

The chord progression and the melody hit the best notes of pop music. Reminds me of R.E.M., The Beatles, Squeeze, Jellyfish, Elton John and many more.

The band is perfect! The piano carries the song so nicely that it feels like the song was written at that piano. Everything is mixed so well that even the best producer in the world couldn't make it any better smile

Excellent vocals once again and the angelic harmonies are sweet.

Janne, THANKS for the lovely review. I'd say it's too over the top, but I like it too much. Ha!

Love all the bands you've listed except Jellyfish, which my lyricist adores but I never listened to much. My loss!

Funny you mention the song sounding like the it was written at that piano. Well, it kind of was. While I write most songs on guitar, once I get a BiaB backing track laid in, the vocals start to adjust, usually subtly, to the backing track. So it becomes more of a collaboration in the end, with the piano in this example being a focal point.

Yeah, I love Dusty's vocals. If I could sing like that I'd be a busker.
