Knowing that it is the end of November and that logically Biab 2025 will be released at the beginning of December, I therefore think that the 1114 of August will never be officially released, although it fixed certain problems.
If the beta testers could enlighten me on this point, thank you in advance.

By the terms of beta testing as I interpret them, even if the testers did know this answer, we should not post about it here. Better bet would to request PG Music staff reply.

I asked when patches would stop being issued in the post below.

there are still bugs that PG knows about and it looks like we willl have to upgrade to get them fixed.

In fairness to PGM, there are always bugs in any software greater than fairly trivial. In the case of BiaB, quite a lot and they do have to prioritise what they do.

By August, my presumption is that most of the team are focussed on trying to clear the worst from the new release, rather than deal with those still outstanding. That of course is a never-ending cycle.

I'd be careful making any assumptions on update timing.
Maybe they work out bugs in next release, then go back and patch them in previous.
Sound crazy?
I'll just leave this here ..

I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome

I'm sure they do fix older bugs when the opportunity arises and probably propogate them through versions. Actually it would be silly to not do so. I'm just saying that by around August, they may well be "all hands to the pumps" to get the new version stable enough to release, so earlier bugs that aren't pressing are likely left to languish for a while. We kept a log of all reported bugs and bug-a-likes and used to review that log from time to time to identify any still outstanding, whether they were still repeatable on current and maintenence releases (sometime they just vanish consequential to some other bug-fix). The mileage of other may vary, but we found overall that it help us reduce the number of bugs that otherwise occasionally came back to bite.

We don't know what the company does in terms of releases, until they actually make announcements. But as has been shown, patches to older versions can still happen.

Another big week to see the 2025, and most likely the 1114 will be integrated directly into this new version.
For those who do not wish to acquire the 2025, a link must exist somewhere.
