2025 Flac Audiophile version is only 1TB, compared to 2TB from 2024. So, for one, it will save 1TB of internal storage. Think about this if you are running it that way. In the future, I will only be getting downloadable "update" portion instead of the hard drive.

Don't quote me on it, but I believe, when you purchase a HD, you can still download upgrade and explore it while until your HD arrives.

P.S. I am sure that at some point they will offer full Audiophile download. First step is made and to me it's a big deal.

I am with you on this. I just ordered my upgrade from the 2024 to 2025 audiophile pak with all the trimmings - hard drive version, all bonus paks, new styles, etc. - and will probably run it from the provided drive as I have in the past decade or so (1991-2012 I usually did a full install, as I had the the less than Audio file versions).

The fact it now fits on 1TB is intriguing. It may be worth adding a second (or third, in my case) hard drive and installing it on there. It would be cool if it came on an SSD drive already, and I could just slot it in, though of course there are OS considerations etc that are accounted for when running the install… Is it too late to get a new Cyber Monday/Black Friday laptop, hmmm…
