Very emotional song and the vocalist really delivers the message, both the low and high parts sound great! Excellent arrangement full of "girl power" energy, nice dynamics and perfect instrument selection. I like how the bass line fits in and how the piano sounds like made for this song. And extra credit for the enjoyable chord progression.

The piano is very effective.
The melody and chord progression are very beautiful to me.
The lyrics are a little tragic, to be honest.
As always, great use of Synth V.
The video is great too.

The variation of the hard driving guitars and drums to the lone piano is powerful.
It reflect well the harsh reality and the sad sense of hopelessness.
STRONG vocal.
No need to parse it out. It speaks for itself.
A sad true life story presented well in your gifted hands.

You have done a brilliant job using your friend's background story for inspiration.
This is an outstanding write, an outstanding arrangement and production, and a spell-binding vocal.
Everything about this resonates with authenticity and musical competence.
These lyrics are fantastic and you capture this story of life incredibly well.
To my ears, this is the story of a fighter and a survivor.
What a pleasure to listen to. It's so well done!

Reminds me of the cool production songs like Meatloaf and others did. Man, you are so good at these synth vocals. Excellent production. There is so much in there to enjoy and you masterfully bring out what needs to be heard when it needs to be heard. Terrific dynamics throughout too. This makes me VERY proud, because the composer behind Meatloaf, Jim Steinman, is one of the few I really admire. A modern Wagner. Thank you, Marty!

I'll join the chorus of accolades on this tune . . . killer in all the right ways. Not sure why but it reminds me of Jim Steinman tune . . . it's got that kind of scope and breadth. Brilliant work on the production elements. Excellent lyrics that really hit home. Superb tune!

Hi, B.D. As others have mentioned, it's the vocal that drives the song, and you've gotten a muscular performance that matches the drive of the song. Excellent work on everything: lyrics, backing track, mix - it all sounds great!  I assume this is Felicia, although you've credited the vocal to Goldmania Bella. The Dreamtonics voice license prohibits doing that: (1) When Presenting a Rendition, the User must not use names other than designated by Dreamtonics to identify the SVD.

An excellent Rock write. Both lyric and melody. A sad, gritty story, but does not get maudlin.
A stunning production. An Amazing Big Rock sound.
Piano used well. Guitars are perfect.

Something about it reminds me of Scorpions around the In Trance album era....I don't know why - may be dynamics or the vocal phrasing, (?).
