Just thought of this also: Is BiaB set to send it's Output directly to the SOLO? (check Audio Drivers in Options-Prefs).
Your details will look different, but if it is still showing that it is going elsewhere you may just be getting 'bleed'. /Just another thought, & I got out of bed to post this, as it is bothering me!

I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome Make your sound your own!
My QSC monitors do have RCA inputs but I don’t use them. They were designed to connect something like a cassette deck to play music during g a break between sets. Take a 1/4” to 1/4” instrument cable between the Focusrite left channel line out and the QSC channel one combo jack in. Set the QSC switch for channel one to Line, not Mic.
If I remember correctly, those lower-cost Focusrites (which still sound fine) have no separate Control Software where you would set gain and routing. So, go into your computer’s Windows Sound Mixer (click on the little speaker icon in the lower right of the Taskbar). Make sure the Focusrite is checked as the Default output device. Make sure the volume slider for that playback device is at least 90%.
If none of our suggestions solve it, please take some pictures and give us detailed notes of your connections and all the settings related to audio you can find. We’ll get it.
BIAB 2025 Win Audiophile. Software: Studio One 7 Pro, Swam horns, Acoustica-7, Notion 6, Song Master Pro, Win 11 Home. Hardware: Intel i9, 32 Gb; Roland Integra-7, Presonus 192 & Faderport 8, Royer 121, Adam Sub8 & Neumann 120 monitors.
I believe the XLR inputs on the QSC has settings for line level vs mic level. Check that out. With QSC I prefer the XLR inputs I have a QSC 10.2 I sometimes use for gigs. It blows the doors off any small to medium room.
I don't use BIAB at a Gig. I use 320kbps mp3's I create with BIAB .wav and mix master in my DAW. THere's a good chance the output from BIAB is clipping audio because output level is too high
I also don't use cables at all from my tracks source to my PA or speaker. Bluetooth works just fine Many older grayer members on this forum who haven't tried this in a decade will poo poo this. Check it out ... It works great. Also try some of the Bluetooth foot pedals for controlling tracks playback. Very helpful
I use an XLR bluetooth adapter at the speaker or PA and run bluetooth from my tablet. I run a cable from the HX Stomp (Guitar Box) to an input or the Mixer.

That did it! I got rid of the RCAs and connected a 1/4” to 1/4” instrument cable between the Focusrite left channel line out and the QSC channel one combo jack in and set the QSC switch for channel one to Line, not Mic, as Matt suggested. And yes, BIAB is recognizing the Scarlet Solo. I can now set the Surface Pro volume to about 35 to get the volume I was getting at 14, which leaves me plenty of headroom. (I think leave Bluetooth for another day.) The fidelity definitely seems to be better. It’s particularly noticeable with the drums. Many thanks to you all for your help. I wouldn’t have figured this out by myself.
